Fifth annual flower market takes place March 25-26

The fifth annual Main Street Flower Market, organized by the Tyler Main Street Program, will be held on the grounds of the Goodman-LeGrand Museum at 624 N. Broadway.
Hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, March 25-26.
“In its short existence, the Main Street Flower Market has rocketed to the top of the list of Tyler’s favorite events, and we couldn’t be happier,” said Tyler Main Street Director Beverly Abell. “I think the event’s success can be attributed to the beauty of the setting and the variety of items at the market.”
Set in the scenic grounds of the Goodman-LeGrand Museum, the flower market will give gardening enthusiasts the opportunity to find everything they need to help create a beautiful garden. Vendors will be offering everything from flower pots and bird houses to bedding plants and trees.
Vendors at the market will include the Gertrude Windsor Garden Club, Rubicon, Towne Potters Studio, the East Texas Daylily Society, R&T Quality Nursery, Cindy the Potter, the Central East Texas Orchid Society and many other vendors offering great finds for your garden.
“The Flower Market is a wonderful way to extend your enjoyment of the Azalea Trail,” said Abell, noting that the 150-year-old Goodman-LeGrand Museum, site of the event, is also available for viewing. “We invite area residents and visitors alike to enjoy history and nature together at the Main Street Flower Market.”
