The program will be held at the Gregg County Extension Auditorium, 405 E. Marshall in Longview, noon to 1:00 pm. Lisa is a Texas Master Gardener, who earned her bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Texas A&M University. She is a member of the American Hermerocallis Society, Captain William Young Chapter of the DAR, Cass County Master Gardeners, as well as, Piney Woods Master Gardeners, Native Plant Society of Texas and the Linden Garden Club. Texas Heritage Gardens is a daylily and flower bulb farm and grows many varieties of daylilies, including seedlings hybridized by Lisa.
One of her daylilies won an Award of Merit in last year’s Garden Club Flower Show. THG provides daylilies for organization fundraisers.
