Tyler’s Boulter Middle School has accepted the position of president of the Texas Association of Student Councils (TASC) of District 4/19.  The school agreed to the posting at the TASC Spring Forum in Bullard, when more than 550 of its peers elected the student council as it gained recognition for high standing within the organization, …
