On May 3 the Longview Chamber of Commerce will host the 15th annual Business EXPO business-to-business trade show from 1-5 p.m. at Maude Cobb Activity Center. Gregg County Jail William Edward Welch, 24, of Kilgore and Tori Gambling, 19, of Longview remained jailed Sunday on $30,000 bond each, charged with manual delivery of a controlled substance.
