Tradition returns to Easton this weekend for the 2012 Turnip Green Festival.
The party starts Friday night with a street dance after sunset in the city’s downtown streets.
On Saturday, the festival offers several annual attractions, such as a car and bike show, softball, basketball and domino tournaments, live entertainment including a Karaoke talent show and the turnip green cookoff. Tastes of all entries in the cookoff will be available to festival-goers, according to the event’s website.
Kid’s rides, ponies and games are also planned, along with vendor booths.
Festivities end Sunday with a horseshoe tournament and the softball and basketball finals.
