Tyler ISD students to hold Japan Tsunami relief fundraiser

Tyler ISD students are working through a national organization to help those in need after the recent earthquakes and tsunami in Japan.  A group of Robert E. Lee High School seniors are organizing a fundraiser through the Save the Children Club at the campus.  They will hold a Japan Tsunami Relief Fundraiser on Saturday, April 2, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the West Erwin Church of Christ Benevolent Building, located at 219 South Bonner Street, in Tyler.  A donation of $10 will one enchilada dinner or a donation of $18 will two dinners with all the proceeds going to the Save the Children’s Japan Tsunami Relief Fund.  Donations for the diner must be made by March 31st and may be dropped off at the Tyler ISD Administration Building located at 1319 New Sunnybrook Drive, Tyler.
