ZONTA says, “Thank you.”

Jessica Lawrence, a Zontian and chair of this year’s Zonta annual antique show is very excited about the
results. “We had a wonderful group of Dealers this year,” Lawrence said. “The show was a great success, we had a wonderful amoxicillin without year.”
The event had sixty dealers, all with fine-looking and exquisite antiques. The vendors came from the Lone Star state, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Mississippi, and even as far as South Dakota and Alabama.
In addition, Zonta surpassed the previous year’s numbers in attendance.  “Everyone was pleased with the Dealers, food and atmosphere,” Lawrence added.
According to Lawrence the attendance turned into funds that Zonta will use to help women and their children. “The money we raised is not finalized yet, but it is substantial,” she said.  “We are so proud of the success; we will be able to help more women and children this year.”
Lawrence is quick to note the long hours of planning and execution that went into this 37th annual antique show and sale that rendered it a prosperous conclusion. She is grateful to Dawnelle Priddy, co-chair; Molly Larison, president Zonta Club of Longview; Madame President Kelly Hall, Longview Partnership and a Zontian;  and all Zontians for an amazing job “Without all of them, the show would not have been a success, Lawrence said.  “Thank you for all your hard work.”
Finally, Lawrence specially thanks the Dealers, Bobby and Zella Tucker, the sponsors, non- Zonta members who helped and the community for coming out and participating in Zonta’s vision for mothers and their children.
The annual antique show and sale is the Longview chapter’s primary fund-raiser. All proceeds go back into the community to support non-profit organizations that help women and children. Zonta also supports worthy causes such as Longview Habitat for Humanity, the Women Center of East Texas, the East Texas Literacy Council and various non-profits that strive to improve the lives of women and children.
