State Parks: Discover their seasonal magic
ETR Staff Report
There’s no better way to enjoy the season than with a little fresh air and a crackling campfire. This year, Texas State Parks are offering a full lineup of festive events from Thanksgiving weekend straight through Christmas and beyond.
Families can explore nature, take part in guided activities, and experience the magic of winter in the parks. For details on all the celebrations and special programs, be sure to check the Holidays in the Parks webpage along with the full Calendar of Events.
Keep in mind that state parks are especially popular this time of year. If you’re planning a holiday visit, make your reservations early—both day passes and overnight campsites fill up quickly. Enjoy the season outdoors!
